Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery is free for orders over ₱ 5000.

For orders under ₱ 5000, a standard delivery charge of ₱ 1000 applies.

How long will delivery take?

Fast delivery: 1-day processing, 2-3 business days delivery depending on your address

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed, our team checks it and immediately begins preparation. Your items are carefully packaged and then handed over to the delivery service. You will then receive a notification with shipping details to track your package until it arrives.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. An invoice is automatically sent by email after your order is confirmed. You can also download it from your customer account at any time.

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Payment is taken immediately after your order is validated. Once payment is confirmed, your order is automatically registered and prepared for shipment.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged item or one that doesn’t match your order, contact us immediately. Send a photo of the product you received along with your order number. Our team will review the situation and quickly arrange an exchange or replacement to ensure you have a satisfactory shopping experience.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t yet shipped.
Contact us promptly after your purchase, and our team will do everything possible to assist you.
Once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.

What happens if I don't receive my package after placing my order?

If you don’t receive your package after placing your order, don’t worry. Simply contact our customer service with your order number. We’ll immediately check the delivery status and, if necessary, resend the product or issue a refund, according to your preference. Your satisfaction is our priority.
